Community & Membership (COM)

Purpose
To bring members together, strengthen connections and support a welcoming and active RPM community. The focus is on participation, peer connection and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Encourage networking across members and institutions.
  • Host regular community engagement activities such as the Networking Café.
  • Maintain a lightweight, opt-in membership process to support engagement and communications.
  • Manage LinkedIn engagement and external outreach about what RPM is.
  • Coordinate website and newsletter updates.

Activity targets*

  • LinkedIn posts and moderation every month.
  • Networking Café or similar peer session at least quarterly
  • Website maintenance. kept up to date.
  • A short newsletter or update twice per year.
  • Maintain the Membership registry.

* These targets apply beginning in 2027. In 2026, activity is expected to ramp up progressively towards this level.
