Community & Membership (COM)
Purpose
To bring members together, strengthen connections and support a welcoming and active RPM community. The focus is on participation, peer connection and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Encourage networking across members and institutions.
- Host regular community engagement activities such as the Networking Café.
- Maintain a lightweight, opt-in membership process to support engagement and communications.
- Manage LinkedIn engagement and external outreach about what RPM is.
- Coordinate website and newsletter updates.
Activity targets*
- LinkedIn posts and moderation every month.
- Networking Café or similar peer session at least quarterly
- Website maintenance. kept up to date.
- A short newsletter or update twice per year.
- Maintain the Membership registry.
* These targets apply beginning in 2027. In 2026, activity is expected to ramp up progressively towards this level.
