The Organising Committee (OC) is INRPM’s highest operational body – in practice, the network’s board. It is responsible for setting INRPM’s overall direction within the Foundational Framework, making key operational decisions and ensuring that the network’s activities form a coherent whole.
The OC steers and guides INRPM’s work, appoints and supports the Standing Committees, and coordinates their efforts so that communication, learning, tools, knowledge and recognition pull in the same direction. OC members volunteer their time to provide this backbone for the network, keeping INRPM’s development focused, transparent and aligned with its purpose.
