Communications & Community (COM)

Purpose
To bring members together, strengthen connections and support a welcoming and active RPM community. The focus is on participation, peer connection and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage LinkedIn engagement and external outreach about what RPM is.
  • Maintain a lightweight, opt-in membership process to support engagement and communications.
  • Coordinate website and newsletter updates.
  • Encourage networking across members and institutions.
  • Host regular community engagement activities such as the Networking Café.

Activity targets:

  • Beginning in 2026, LinkedIn posts and moderation every month.
  • Beginning in 2026, Networking Café or similar peer session at least quarterly
  • Beginning in 2026, website updates no less than every two months. 
  • Beginning in 2026, a short newsletter or update twice per year.
  • Beginning in 2026, establishment and maintainence of the INRPM Membership registry.
