Webinar – The Final Year, and Now? Project Completion and Future Planning
This final training module supports project managers in navigating the critical closing phase of large research grants. It addresses the practical and strategic elements of project completion, including interim and final reviews, and consortium budget management to ensure compliance and transparency. The session also explores how to design impactful final events, capture and communicate project outcomes, and embed legacy through sustainable outputs and knowledge transfer. Emphasis is placed on forward planning—identifying opportunities for scaling, new collaborations, and long-term impact. By the end of the training, participants will be equipped with tools and strategies to successfully close out their current projects while positioning themselves and their organisations for future funding and research opportunities.
