INRPM Networking Café – meet peers across institutions and countries

Several new INRPM Networking Café sessions are now scheduled.

These are informal online meetups where you can:
• bring a current challenge and hear how others approach it
• swap concrete tips, tools, and templates
• meet colleagues working in similar roles in very different contexts

Each café is unique and shaped by the participants.

To give all regions a fair chance to join, we use a rotating schedule. All upcoming cafés – with dates, times, and joining details – are listed on the event page.

Where to find joining links for INRPM events

For all INRPM events (webinars, cafés, etc.), we publish the link to join on the event page about 24 hours before the scheduled start.

If you are ever unsure how to connect, the individual event page is the place to look.

Subscribe to INRPM events and add them to your calendar

You can now subscribe to INRPM events so you are notified when new activities are added.

On each event page, you will also find “add to calendar” links, so you can easily bring the session into your own calendar system.

Tools & Resources Archive

Our website and the Tools & Resources section have recently been reorganised and refreshed.

Before creating something from scratch, you may find it useful to browse what is already there – there might already be a template, checklist, or example you can adapt to your own context.

At the same time, we are sure that, collectively, there is a goldmine of practical materials spread across our community. The resource library will only be as good as its contributions: your contribution may help someone, and in return, you could benefit from what others have shared.

Contributions can be simple, for example:
• a quick reference or checklist you actually use
• an Excel sheet that helps you structure projects or reporting
• a link to an online tool you find genuinely useful (ideally free; we are not allowing promotion of expensive commercial services)

If you have something that makes your own work easier, there is a good chance it will help others too.

Our new INRPM visual identity

We are excited to share that our new INRPM logo and visual identity are now in place. This means we are moving away from the temporary visual solution we used at launch and into a more consistent look and feel.

You will start to see the new logo and design across the website, in event materials, and in future communications as we complete the transition.
